From broken to almost normal 🤣

Will took me on after being out the gym for 6 weeks due to a back injury that then was toppled with health issues. And while that injury in gone, my health is still not 100% tho im better then I was in February and getting better day by day. Prior to working with Will, I was self coached for about 4 months. Prior to my injury my numbers were starting to climb back up and then I was almost back to nothing after my injury. Starting with Will I could barrly even deadlift or squat 242/110 and im a lifter than squats and deadlifts over 400lbs so that rough for me. Will started with me where I was at and has been extremely attentive and understanding. With his patience, support, great programming, guidance and willingness to adjust program when needed, im hitting numbers higher than I was pre injury and am closer to my typical ranges than I was pre injury/ pre #teamWilliP and I have so much fun powerlifting again. Will is gonna take me places powerlifting and he will take you places too when you join our team.
Wise beyond his years

I have been coached by Will for coming on 3 years. In that time he has improved my squat, bench, and deadlift through excellent programming, generally prompt feedback, and in depth form work. In top of this, he provides help with injury management and fatigue management. After multiple years with him, I am still making progress at comparable rates to when I began. Despite his young age, he has many clients providing him with much experience as a coach across multiple demographics.
Consistent Progress

I have been working with William for roughly 6 months now, and every training block has been fruitful. I came into training with him after a hiatus from powerlifting and had made good progress in the past, but wanted to take that to another level by hiring my first coach. This decision was worth it. I think that the effort that William gives to his clients is well worth the price he charges us and I am satisfied with what I have been able to do in the gym under his guidance. I have high hopes about my first meet with him next month, and look forward to seeing what else I can do in powerlifting with his help. William appears hungry to grow and improve as a coach as well, which is a great quality to bring to the table.
Best of the best

Will is one of the best coaches I’ve had. I’ve been powerlifting on and off for a few years, some of that time while being a student athlete. Will helped me navigate and work around my practices, games, and team lifts while still managing to progress my squat, bench, and deadlift. He was always understanding if I was hurting from a game and would give me easy stretches or rehab work to do while helping rearrange my lift. Now that I’m out of college, I’ve been traveling for work a lot which means a lot of different gyms. Will has helped figure out a program that works with my schedule. All this being said is that Will cares about his athletes not just as “clients”, but as people. He respects what’s going on in your life, while also being able to push and further you as an athlete.
Great Coach

I’ve been working with Will for almost seven months now, and it’s been nothing but a positive experience. He was originally recommended to me by a friend, and I think it says a lot about both his character and coaching ability that so many of his athletes and friends confidently recommend him to others.
His passion for both powerlifting and his athletes is obvious, and he does an incredible job balancing technical coaching, support, and humor when training gets tough.
When I started working with him, I was dealing with a shoulder injury that had been limiting my training for months. Through smart programming, he helped me return to four pain-free bench sessions per week and completely rebuild my strength. At Regionals last October, I hit what was then my max bench at a 9/10 pain; now I can do that same weight for 8–9 reps completely pain-free.
For squats, he quickly identified my weak points (weak ahh quads) & with a few programming adjustments, I’ve achieved a squat PR in nearly every training block since we began working together.
He’s also been remarkably patient and insightful with my deadlift. We’ve explored multiple technical variations to find the approach best suited to my leverages and strengths, and I’m eager to see where that progress leads.
Beyond the numbers, I’m most grateful that he’s made powerlifting fun again. After a frustrating meet prep marked by injury, pain, and stagnate progress, I was feeling burned out. His coaching, encouragement, and trust in the process helped me rediscover my love for the sport.
I couldn’t recommend him more highly to anyone looking to get stronger, stay healthy, and reach their potential in powerlifting!!!
