I’m a competitive powerlifter and coach dedicated to helping lifters reach their highest potential on and off the platform. With years of hands-on experience under the bar, I’ve built my own total to near 1,600 lbs at a bodyweight of 250lbs, with a 601lb squat, 419 lb bench, and 562 lb deadlift. Through sdf_coaching, I’ve worked with developing lifters with totals from 900lbs all the way to 1,700lbs+ . My coaching focuses on individualized programming, technical precision, and long-term progression. Whether the goal is stepping onto the platform for the first time or competing at a high level.
