Hi, my name is Raph. I an Online Powerlifting Coach from the Montreal area and currently in Quebec City. I have been coaching full time since 2024 and I have handled and coached athletes from the local level to the International Platform. I am also part of Team Canada as a coach and athlete. I have been to 4 International Competitions in the past 2 years and will be going to much more in 2027. My approach is based on communication and on understanding the human behind the athlete.
