I never imagined I’d be where I am today. At 36 years old and as a mom of 2, I’d honestly never been in shape before. I always thought being “fit” was unachievable for me. Ten months ago, I committed to this program, and it has completely changed my life. Not only have I lost weight and built muscle, but I’ve gained confidence, strength, and a healthier mindset. I feel better than I ever have. For the first time, I truly enjoy taking care of my body, and prioritizing myself. What sets his coaching apart is that it’s sustainable. I never felt like I was starving myself or doing anything unrealistic. And it is tailored for any fitness level, whether you have access to a gym, or you’re putting in the work at home. I always feel supported, encouraged, and challenged to become a better version of myself. If you’re on the fence because you think you’re “too busy,” “too old,” or “not athletic enough,” I was all of those things. Taking this step has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made; not just for me, but for my daughters as well. I’m stronger, healthier, and setting an example for my girls that it’s never too late to invest in yourself. It is a complete lifestyle change, and just the beginning! I’m excited to see what I can accomplish with the support of an amazing knowledgeable coach!
