Four years ago, I cried joyful tears the entire drive home from my first powerlifting meet. That leap changed everything for me, and it became my goal to share this sport with as many people as possible. I've founded a collegiate powerlifting club, hosted multiple competitions, and coached 20+ athletes at every level, with over a dozen competing at nationals. I've also spotted and loaded with Team Minnesota at multiple national meets, and I am a USAPL-certified mentor. I understand what it feels like to be taken over by nerves on the platform, but everything from the program execution to your individualized communication needs will be used to see your success. The goal is easy: I want you to fall in love with this sport the way I did.
