Prior to joining with FPS in 2023, I didn’t really have any direction or knowledge of how to achieve where I wanted to be in powerlifting. Peyton will plan out your entire training with expertise, modifications, etc up until your meet day where he’ll come extremely prepared with any time of scenario you may come across. I’ve done 3 meets with Peyton as my coach and every single meet he preps me, loads all my weight, times everything out perfectly, and makes it to where the only thing I have to worry about is lifting! Before I started powerlifting I was out of shape, over weight with type 2 diabetes. Peyton took the time to find a plan for me which helped me reverse my diabetes and stay consistent with my journey. His programming is tough but effective and he's right there by your side each competition. Would definitely recommend 1000/1000

I’ve been training under Peyton on team FPS for a little over two years now. What began as training program has turned into a friendship and camaraderie that goes beyond just lifting weight. Peyton has his clients best interests in mind and will treat you with respect and honesty. Your personal goals are also his goals, he wants you to succeed. My personal strength and PRs have increased ten fold since joining Team FPS. Every competition whether it is local or out of state, even at the National level, Peyton has been by my side.
