Hey - my name's Jonas and I'm a powerlifting coach based in Austria. Through collaborative effort between my and my lifters we find a solution for ever single issue we face and get stronger. I pride myself on my sense of professionalism and getting things done and stand by the fact that if both athlete and coach are on the same page and pour their effort into a common goal, time is the only imiting factor.
