Ranay Majji built GetKoached to make strength coaching easier to find.

I’m Ranay Majji, a competitive powerlifter, coach, referee, and lifelong part of the strength sports community. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how difficult it can be for athletes to find quality coaching and for great coaches to actually get discovered outside of social media and word of mouth.

After graduating from Purdue University with a background in data science and engineering, I landed my first full-time role, only to be laid off six months later. Instead of viewing it as the end of something, I used it as the opportunity to finally build the platform I wished existed throughout my time in powerlifting.

That became GetKoached: a place where coaches can build a real professional presence online, athletes can find the right fit for their goals, and the strength community can become more connected and accessible than ever before.
